Although this policy is not part of your employment contract, it reflects our commitment to creating a workplace culture that prioritizes mental health and overall wellbeing.

5.2 Employees

- Peer Support: Offer understanding and respect to colleagues who may be experiencing mental health challenges.
- Report Concerns: Inform your manager or HR if you observe behavior that may negatively affect someone’s mental wellbeing.
